We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The parking was convenient, and we were able to easily explore the location by taking a short walk around the tropical gardens. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfast each morning on the sun-soaked deck.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided in the room were beyond exceptional, with the spa treatment being the icing on the cake. The garden area provided a peaceful escape while the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot for relaxation. The service was impeccable as the staff were polite and courteous.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. Regardless, there are many wonderful dining options available close to the hotel.

Nestled in the heart of pristine tropical formal gardens, the location of this hotel is simply breathtaking. The room, though cozy, was elegantly furnished with luxurious amenities in the bathroom. The service was impeccable and every request was met with a smile. The breakfast platter was a work of art, with a colorful selection of locally sourced fruits and pastries. The peaceful view from the balcony was the perfect setting for unwinding. Facilities were outstanding with a choice of a spa. An ideal desert escape.
The lack of a shuttle service made it difficult to explore the surrounding areas without a car.

Beautiful grounds, great location
The property had beautiful landscaping with well-maintained gardens that were a pleasure to walk around. The location was also great, just a short drive to popular tourist spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Our Easter weekend stay was ruined by terrible service. The staff was unresponsive, unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome.

Great attention to detail, lovely gardens, delicious food. The staff certainly knows how to create a cozy atmosphere with Christmas decorations, which was a real highlight. The location was also convenient - close to some local attractions and the beach.
The rooms were a bit dated and not as spacious as we were expecting. We had a few issues with our amenities and the shower had poor water pressure.
